A field guide to Donut Place

CONTACT

One address, no form, and a short list of what makes a correction checkable.

A queue of customers in a donut shop with one speech bubble reading NO SEAT!
What this shows the sort of thing worth reporting: a prompt we misread, or a rule we did not see. Captured 2026-11-05 Client web build 2026-11-05 Planche 1

One inbox, read by whoever maintains the site. There is no contact form, because a form needs a backend and this is a static site.

What to send

Three things make a report checkable:

  1. the number or the sentence as you saw it — 120, or NO SEAT!, or the exact wording of a prompt we have paraphrased;
  2. the screen it appeared on, even a phone photo, so we can see which label you are reading;
  3. the date, or the build if you can find one, because a price from August and a price from today are different claims.

If your report is "the guide is wrong about X", say what the game does instead. We will play it, and if you are right the page changes and the date moves.

What happens next

Reports that contain a number and a screen are usually resolved in one session: we reproduce it, capture it, and rewrite the sentence. Reports about something we cannot reach yet — the kitchen, later levels, whatever a save keeps — are logged as NEEDS CHECK instead of guessed at.

What we cannot help with

Support for the game itself: refunds, missing progress, an account problem. Those belong to CrazyGames or to GMR Bros., not here. This site is a notebook, not a help desk.
