A field guide to Donut Place

PRIVACY

No account, no comment box, no advertising of our own. This page says what the site does with a visit, and what the game's own portal does separately.

What this shows the limit of what this site can know: we read a screen, we do not run the game. Captured 2026-11-05 Client web build 2026-11-05 Planche 1

The one thing we do run

Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-GYG657N9SC. It records the page you opened, the referring page, your country and city as derived from your IP, and whether you arrived on a phone or a desktop. It sets a cookie named _ga and keeps event data for two months by default.

That is the whole list. No account, no comment box, no newsletter, no advertising network of ours, and nothing that needs your name.

To opt out, block googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com in your browser, or use any content blocker. The site works the same without it.

What this site stores

Nothing that identifies you. There is no login, no newsletter, no comment form and no advertising network on this site. The pages are static files; a visit is a request for a file.

If an analytics tag is added later, this section will name it, say what it records and how long it keeps it — a tag that is not disclosed here is a bug.

Server logs

The server keeps access logs, as every web server does: the requested path, the time, the response code, and the address the request came from. Those logs are used to see breakage and are not joined to anything else.

The third parties you will meet

Two, both outside our control:

The game is not ours

Donut Place is made by GMR Bros. and published by CrazyGames. Their terms and privacy policy govern playing it — including any advertising the portal shows around a match, which we have seen interrupt play mid-session.

Turning things off

There is nothing on this site to switch off. For the portals, use their own cookie controls and your browser's settings; blocking a domain in the browser is the blunt instrument that always works.
